Nestled deep within the hardwood forest of the Missouri Ozarks lies an oasis of water and woods, a Land Trust where a few hundred acres of nature will remain undisturbed in perpetuity. It is the home of deer, turkey, bobcats and owls. There among those who wish to tread softly upon the earth lives a potter using clay and paint to give expression to her love of the natural world.

Mara Bosch has been a potter for 20 years and more recently has taken up painting to give voice to her particular artistic vision.

The paintings are detailed and sometimes surrealistic expressions of ideas and concepts as well as realistic representations of the miraculous world around us.
